Viterbi announces undergraduate, master’s commencement speakers

Two of the speakers attended Viterbi while the other was a faculty member.

The Viterbi School of Engineering’s undergraduate commencement speaker will be Azita Martin, the vice president and general manager of retail and consumer packaged goods at NVIDIA, the school announced in a press release Wednesday. Martin earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from USC.

Guangqiang Jiang, co-founder and chief technology officer at medical technology company Axonics, as well as Kevin Knight, an AI scientist, will serve as the keynote speakers for the master’s degree commencement ceremonies, the press release read. Jiang earned his doctorate from Viterbi and Knight is a former faculty member at the school.

The undergraduate and master’s commencement ceremonies will take place May 16 at Galen Center.
