Christmas is a time filled with many good foods, and unfortunately many calories. If you are looking for a guilt-free treat, this fudge treat will indulge your craving.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pure canned pumpkin
- 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- 3 tbsp. white chocolate chips, roughly chopped
1 standard-size candy cane or 5 mini candy canes, lightly crushed - 8×8 baking pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine pumpkin and brownie mixture in a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pan.
- Bake for 35 min. or until edges are firm.
- Top with chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
- Cover and refrigerate fudge for at least two hours.
