In the blazing heat of southeastern California, Steve Sklar discovered his love for the didgeridoo at the Joshua Tree Didgeridoo Festival.
Sklar, now a didgeridoo teacher, hosts monthly didgeridoo workshops and lessons in Minneapolis. He also performs and teaches with his wife, Johnna Morrow, at various events, including educational functions, sound healing concerts, funerals, festivals and jam sessions. This past year, COMPAS, an organization dedicated to bringing art into the community, selected the pair to join their program.
