Famous People in Fraternity and Sorority Life

Alpha Chi Omega: Aubrey O’Day, UC Irvine. Can you say TBT? This “Making the Band” star stole the spotlight in P. Diddy’s hit show circa 2004.

Alpha Phi: Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Northwestern. Although only a sister for two years, wife of famous singer Brad Paisley rocked her ivy leaf back in the early 90’s.

Chi Omega: Lucy Liu, Michigan. Infamously known for her role in the ”Kill Bill” and “Charlie’s Angels” series, Lui was an Asian language and culture major as a sister of the Eta chapter.

Delta Delta Delta: Katie Couric, Virginia. She’s not an Allen Hall graduate, but she sure is one of the best broadcast journalists of today’s age.

Delta Gamma: Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Northwestern. Yes, Elaine from ”Seinfeld” was throwing up an anchor once upon a time.

Gamma Phi Beta: Kristin Chenoweth, Oklahoma City. Singer and actress Chenoweth does it all. Her major in musical theatre even landed her a few episodes on “Glee.”

Kappa Alpha Theta: Tory Burch, University of Pennsylvania. Almost every female fashionista can identify the Tory Burch bag symbol. This NYC based designer made it big after her time as a Theta.

Kappa Delta: Georgia O’Keeffe, Chatham Episcopal Institute. She was the female Picasso of the early 1900’s and notably one of the best females painters of all time.

Kappa Kappa Gamma: Mariska Hargitay, UCLA. In New York City, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious felonies are members on an elite squad known as the Special Victims Unit. These are their stories. DUN DUN. You go, Detective Benson.

Pi Beta Phi: Jennifer Garner, Denison. With Ben Affleck by her side and “13 Going on 30″ under her belt, Garner is a great role model for any Pi Phi.

Alpha Epsilon Pi: Mark Zuckerberg, Harvard. We’re wondering if any of his brothers made a contribution to the millionaire’s success by creating Facebook.com.

Beta Theta Pi: Ben Stiller, UCLA. One word. Zoolander. That is all.

Chi Psi: Walter Cronkite, UT Austin. Back in his prime, anything that came out of famous broadcast journalists mouth was worth gold.

Delta Sigma Phi: Mike Duke CEO of Wal-Mart, Georgia Institute of Technology. Shout out to this guy for creating some great deals for America.

Delta Tau Delta: Matthew McConaughy, UT Austin. To whoever has the original composite with Matt on it: women around the world would pay major bucks to get their hands on that.

Delta Upsilon: Tommy Hilfiger, Elmira Free Academy. There is no doubt that Tommy had the ultimate swag while he was a DU.

Kappa Sigma: Ted Turner, Brown. He was a rebel with a cause, after being expelled from Brown he made it big by founding CNN.

Lambda Chi Alpha: Kenny Chesney, East Tennessee State. Throw your cowboy boots on and pull up a barrel of hay to listen to some of Chesney’s famous country jams.

Phi Delta Theta: Chris Hansen, Michigan State. Hansen sets up creeps on Dateline NBC’s “To Catch a Predator.” Thanks for busting the bad guys, Chris.

Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI): Donald Trump, Fordham. We hope Trump helps some of his brothers out with post-graduation connections, but never utters the words “You’re fired!”

Phi Kappa Psi: Zach Braff, Northwestern. “Scrubs” was his claim to fame, making his way as a comedic nurse one episode at a time.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon: David Spade, Arizona State. So he was on SNL, but even better: he was the Emperor Cuzco voice in “Emperor’s New Groove.”

Sigma Chi: Brad Pitt, Missouri. Brad has Angelina, five million kids (who’s counting) and a phenomenal acting career. All we have to say is Brad is #winning.

Sigma Nu: Eli Manning, Mississippi. This southern gentleman is the famous QB to brother Payton Manning and son of famous QB Archie Manning. Something must run in that family.

Sigma Phi Epsilon: Dr. Seuss, Dartmouth. If you don’t know a tale from the Seuss himself, then you never had a childhood.

Sigma Pi: Tony Romo, Eastern Illinois. This baller must have come up with the pigskin classic philanthropy. Go cowboys!
