Jingle Bell Rock contest winners announced

The Pittsburg Downtown District Committee announced on Monday, Dec. 9, that Chuckie Hessong and Jeremy Martinous had located the Jingle Bell Rock that had been hidden nearby the Crawford County Museum, located at 651 U.S. 69. Clues had been broadcast by radio station 99.1 FM since Dec. 2. Hessong and Martinous won a pot of prizes including $500 cash, two Samsung Galaxy III tablets plus accessories, and gift cards for Signet Roasters, Del Rio and the Mall Deli.
The event, sponsored by Piece of Cake Nutrition, Little Show of Flowers and Gifts, Arvest Bank, Timepiece Real Estate, Dapper Antiques, The Home Place, Malibu Tanning and Salon, the First Federal Savings and Loan Association, BMO Harris and Dawn Taylor at Edward Jones, is scheduled to be held again just before Christmas next year.
