Man seen with missing U student charged with second-degree murder

A University of Minnesota student is still missing, and the man she was last seen with was charged with second-degree murder Thursday, according to a report by the Star Tribune.

According to the report, Anthony Lee Nelson, also known as Shavelle Chavez-Nelson, was charged by the Dakota County District Court for shooting Palagor Obang Jobi eight times during a dispute in a Burnsville bar parking lot Sunday. Jobi later died of his injuries.
