As long as Lee Corso holds true on his word to Jay Paterno, College Gameday, ESPN’s college football preview show, will be in Tuscaloosa for the Penn State-Alabama game on Sept. 11.
After speaking with Corso, one of the show’s analysts, in a NASCAR box in Daytona, Jay Paterno tweeted earlier today, “We’ll see Gameday week 2 when we play at Alabama.”
Though Gameday hasn’t announced its fall schedule yet, there remains a strong chance the show will air from Tuscaloosa on week two, which also includes Oregon-Tennessee, Miami-Ohio State and Notre Dame-Michigan.
The game is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff and will be televised on ESPN.
