Video: Vernon Adams Jr.’s finger at 80-percent; starting quarterback not named
Posted on 21 September 2015.
Vernon Adams Jr. addressed the health of his finger on Monday, saying it is at 80-percent, and that it still hurts. However, it is past the point of re-injury according to offensive coordinator Scott Frost.
Frost concurs that Adams benefited from sitting out against Georgia State, allowing him to get a lot of much-needed “mental reps” since he lacks experience in the Ducks’ high-octane offense. There is also a tremendous amount of confidence in Bralon Addison to run Oregon’s wildcat offense. Watch below for details.

Adams Jr. broke his finger against Eastern Washington, played through the pain against Michigan State, and is now a game-time decision for Oregon’s week three match-up with Georgia State. Watch below for Helfrich’s thoughts on the Ducks’ home game this Saturday at 11 a.m.
