University student found dead in dorm room

Wilkes University sophomore Jonathan Ratchko was found unconscious in his dorm room in Ross Hall Monday night. The Luzerne County 911 Emergency Center was notified, and Ratchko was pronounced dead by the Luzerne County Coroner’s Office at 6:16 p.m., according to the Wilkes-Barre Police Department.
