Players on the team discuss their love of squash, what it’s like to drive 9 hours in a van, and the future of the sport at the University of Oregon.

Though the van rides may be long, squash does have a lively following here at the University. In the coming years, it looks like UO might become a squash powerhouse to rival the likes of Stanford.

Going abroad can be fun, dangerous, uneventful, exciting, humbling and even infuriating.

With that in mind, two UO students detail the long flights, misconceptions and experiences they dealt with while exploring foreign and not so foreign territory.

With a camera and a tripod, we went around campus and asked a few students how they payed for college.

Turns out there is a currency for tears, and that student loans are not that fun contrary to popular belief.

Are you an entrepreneur? If you are then you’ve probably heard of Fertilab Thinkubator, a local hub of innovation right here in Lane County, Oregon. If not, you still probably want to check this place out.

Started by four local entrepreneurs, Fertilab has helped spark innovation within the Eugene community. This quick video explores Fertilab’s origin story as well as what makes these founders so passionate about what they do.

These are two UO student improvisers who are passionate about, you guessed it, improvisation.

Both Maddie and Suzanna are seniors at the University of Oregon as well as members of the group Absolute Improv. The group performs regularly around campus and holds open rehearsals (where anyone can come and play) almost every Saturday afternoon.

A mini-documentary that follows the trivial but real struggles of incoming sophomores, who have to deal with certain adult responsibilities for the first time.

We all know how it can be scary as a freshman. Having to find your classes, learning how to manage your time and trying to find a good group of friends.

But becoming a sophomore can be equally frightening. What if you don’t like your roommates? What if you can’t or forget to pay your bills? Have you bought groceries? Do you have the money too?
