Man pushed to ground, robbed by 3 teens in South Berkeley

An individual was shoved to the ground and robbed on Ashby Avenue about 7:11 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Andrew Frankel, all three suspects involved are teens who allegedly pushed the victim to the ground and stole his property. They were spotted by a patrol officer doing an area check near Martin Luther King Junior Way.
Officers recovered the victim’s property. All three suspects were detained and arrested, and were taken to juvenile hall.
