Jasmine Todd announced in an Instagram post on Friday that her career at Oregon is over. Todd did not release specifics, but did say her departure is “due to unforeseen circumstances” and “not injury related.”

Todd was scheduled to compete in the 100 meter dash and the long jump at this weekend’s NCAA West Regionals in Kansas, but didn’t compete in either.

My time here as a Duck has been amazing. MANY MANY MANY downs and MANY MANY MANY MANY ups ! So many PR’s have been made and friendships built. Not how I want to end my career here at University of Oregon, but due to unforeseen circumstances (not injury related buyout of my control) I have to end my season early.
