Joe Rapport began Joe’s Burgers in Portland, Oregon in 2010. His first restaurant was a kiosk at the Bridgeport Mall, but since then it has grown to 6 locations spanning from Portland to Eugene. Raised in Southern California, his favorite burger is the chili burger because it reminds him of home. Joe’s Burgers is currently located along 13th Avenue, across from the Volcanology building. He will be located in the newly renovated EMU beginning in September.
