The No. 1 ranked Oregon softball team (52-7-1), clinched their second Eugene Regionals title with a 6-0 win against Wisconsin in the finals. Infielder Janie Takeda was named the most valuable player after recording team-highs in hits (6), runs scored (5) and runs batted in (5). The Ducks are set to host the Super Regionals starting next Thursday. Their opponent is to be determined.
