Children seem to understand the concept of fairness better than some adults: if a child steals a toy from another child, that child knows that it’s just not right. This idea of basic fairness was discussed on April 9 at the Equal Pay Day Continental Breakfast hosted by the Business and Professional Women’s Foundation (BPW).
