Music lovers from across the state helped pack the Hult Center Friday night to see the Chicago-based alternative rock band Wilco perform. The crowd came to their feet as front man Jeff Tweedy led the group on stage and the room was electric throughout the show. Tweedy had some fun with the audience, befriending a young girl in attendance with whom he periodically checked in to assure she was enjoying the show. The show featured music off of their 2011 release, “The Whole Love” as well as classics off of previous albums.
