It’s the hottest time of the year, so the Emerald staff decided to blind taste test cold ice cream on a warm day. Six people tasted six ice creams readily available in the UO campus area: Talenti, Tilamook, Umpqua, Prince Puckler’s, Red Wagon and Safeway Signature Select.
