As of 3:30 p.m. today, one of the three UCC shooting victims at the PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center has had their condition changed from serious to fair, the Register-Guard reported. 

The other two patients remain the same, one in critical condition and the other in fair condition.

All three victims are expected to survive.
