The University of Oregon students of the Indian Subcontinent hosted Holi, the Indian festival of colors, at Knight Library lawn in Eugene, Oregon, on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. The event brought hundreds of students to the lawn to celebrate the vibrant colors of springtime. Students were encouraged to wear white as the corn flour powder packets were used to cover participants from head to toe in color. Over 200 pounds of powder had been imported from India for this event.
