Throughout the week sororities competed in a social media competition, tee shirt signing, house decorations, and a coin drive, in order to contribute to fundraising for the Beta Iota chapter of Sigma Chi Derby Days Philanthropy. On Thursday Feb. 13 the sororities perform a dance with costumes and music that portray the theme they have chosen in the Gerlinger Annex. The money raised goes to the N7 Fund, which commits itself to bringing sports and their benefits to Native American and Aboriginal communities in the United States and Canada. After the end of the dance competition, the judges deliberate and decide who the dance champion is.
