Frozen rain fell yesterday night in Eugene, Ore. that resulted in large amounts of ice build-up on trees and slush covering the roads in and around campus. Numerous branches on trees around campus have fallen due to the amount of ice build-up. Two EmX buses have been reported to be broken down due to the inclement weather.
