As protestors chanted and waved signs outside, former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice spoke to an enthusiastic crowd of about 2,700 inside Northrop Auditorium on Thursday night.
About 200 protesters paraded around the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus for about two hours, while nearly a dozen University of Minnesota Police officers monitored the situation.
