Brittney is by far the most capable and energetic editor we have ever had at the student newspaper. Not only does she run her section with creativity and manage her writers with efficiency, she extends her efforts and knowledge to other sections as well, reaching far beyond her prescribed job description to change and better the entire paper. If all our editors were like Brittney, we would have an impeccable newspaper.

While her outstanding journalistic ability is obviously immensely important, it is also necessary to mention that one of Brittney’s most integral qualities to The Student Life is her ability to lead by example.  By engendering a spirit of innovation in the office, Brittney increases our general expectations for writing and creativity.  As such, I wouldn’t hesitate to say that her management of the Life & Style section has directly helped to better the quality of the entire paper.

Brittney is the most phenomenal editor we've had at The Student Life since I've worked there. She’s destined to become the next Julia Child, Donald Trump, Samantha Power, and Hillary Clinton rolled into one studet journalist! I have worked under her as a writer and above her as a managing editor, and she's been a joy in both capacities. She's the most organized, motivated, and enthusiastic member of TSL's staff, by far.
